Language and communication

For smooth travel experiences, English-speaking counter staff and drivers are provided to assist passengers effectively.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: To meet your ride or driver, look for the driver who will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. If being picked up at an airport or terminal, you can meet your driver in the arrival hall and at the designated gate number.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, passengers can take the next bus or minivan if their flight is delayed, subject to an additional fee. For private airport pickups, the driver cannot wait for passengers if they are late, and no mention of a fee has been made.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are not allowed on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Traveler aid: Traveler aids/assistants for those with mobility or visual handicaps are not subject to an additional charge.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are not allowed.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets, but printing the confirmation email is not necessary.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat or drink on board.

Pets are not allowed.
