Pros: Staff were friendly, seat was comfortable, smooth ride, beautiful view. Cons: Bus left late. A/C was on so high, it felt like a meat locker. Everyone was bundled up like we were hiking K2. Thankfully, I had a jacket. We arrived 1 hour late. Stopped 3 times.

Overall trip was fine. Seats were not numbered yet we were given seat numbers to find our seats. We ended up guessing and sat where we thought. There was little help or communication from the driver. I guess language challenges. Driver drove safely and we arrived at our destination what more can you ask for

The transport ended up being an hour late and we were transferred to a Minibus via Tuk Tuk which was absolutely fine but it wasn’t well communicated probably due to the people not speaking English. The trip was fine and comfortable.

The bus had spacious seats that reclined most of the way back, which was good as there was no one sitting behind us so we were able to. There wasn’t a toilet on board, but that wasn’t an issue because there were regular stops. The driving was efficient and pretty smooth.
