Language and communication
Both the counter staff and the driver are able to communicate in English, facilitating a seamless experience for English-speaking passengers.
Finding your ride
General pickup information:Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the drivers are dressed in company uniforms and will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' names. Additionally, the vehicles are distinctly marked with company colors and names. When arriving at an airport or terminal, passengers should proceed to the exit of the arrival area to meet their driver who will be holding a sign with their names.
Pickup delay:Shared airport pickups are not offered. For private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver can wait for passengers until the flight arrives.
Baggage and special items
Bicycles:Bicycles can be brought on board with no additional fee, provided they fit inside or on top of the minivan.
Motorbikes:Motorbikes are not allowed on board.
Accessibility and assistance
Wheelchair accessibility:Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
Guide dogs:Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
Booking and Amendments
Name Changes:Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved. Name changes are free if made 12 hours before departure time.
E-Tickets:Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.
Onboard Policies
Passengers are allowed to eat and drink on board.
Pet policies
Passengers can bring a pet on board at no additional fee if it is a chartered transfer. However, pets must be kept in a cage during the journey.
