Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their transportation as vehicles are clearly marked with the company's branding and colors. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company's designated counter or ticket office. If the pickup location is an airport or terminal, details regarding the exact arrival hall and gate number will be provided for meeting the ride or driver.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles are permitted on board, subject to an additional fee which varies depending on the size of the bicycle.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger name changes after booking approvals are allowed without any amendment fees.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to consume only water, soft tunaruna drinks, and snacks on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board, but they must be kept in a cage. If a seat is needed for the pet, the fare is the same as for a passenger.
