Language and communication

The operator ensures that the counter staff can speak English to assist passengers. However, the drivers do not speak English.

Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with the company's colors and name. Additionally, assistance is available at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number will be provided at the time of travel.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board for an additional fee. The cost depends on the size of the item and is approximately 300 baht.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are allowed on board with a pre-arrival notification and an additional fee of 1600 per day.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are not allowed.
• Traveler aid: No additional charge for those traveling with a mobile or visual handicap assistant.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change their name after a booking has been approved without any amendment fee.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are not required to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to eat and drink water and snacks on board.
