Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily find their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passengers' name. If the pick up is at Chiangmai Airport domestically, they can meet their ride or driver at the exit door.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers can take the next available bus or minivan without incurring any additional fees. In the scenario of private airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, the driver will wait for passengers at no extra charge.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board without an additional fee, as the service is free of charge.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not permitted on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users can access the vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passengers can change the name on a booking after approval at no additional cost.
