Finding your ride

Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the passenger's name.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles can be brought on board only if this is arranged in advance. The fee for bringing a bicycle on board is not specified.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs are not allowed.
• Traveler aid: Traveler aids or assistants for those with mobile or visual handicaps are not subject to additional charges.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes after booking approval are permitted. An amendement fee is applicable for name changes; details regarding the fee and the allowable time frame before travel for making such changes should be checked directly.
• E-Tickets: Passengers do not need to print their tickets or confirmation emails.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are not allowed to eat and drink on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board if requested in advance and must be kept in a cage. There is no additional fee for bringing a pet on board.
