Language and communication

The operator ensures that the counter staff can speak English. However, drivers may not necessarily speak English.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the vehicle will be branded with company colors and the name of the company. Additionally, assistance can be found at the company counter or ticket office. For airport or terminal pickups, specific details regarding the arrival hall and gate number are not provided.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, transfers do not include airport pickup services. For private airport pickups, no information is provided regarding wait times or fees if the flight is delayed.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: Bicycles cannot be brought on board. To bring a bicycle, it is necessary to purchase three additional extras.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

Accessibility and assistance

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are permitted to board with a visually impaired traveler provided they are small and can fit inside a cage.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted after approval. No amendment fee is charged for name changes, which can be done up to 24 hours before travel, free of charge.
• E-Tickets: Tickets can be used without the need for printing. Confirmation emails do not need to be printed either.

Onboard Policies

Passengers are allowed to consume only water on board.

Pet policies

Pets are allowed on board, but they must be small and kept in a cage. There is an additional requirement to buy extra seats for the pet.
