Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: You can bring a bicycle on board with an additional fee. The fee for bringing a bicycle onboard will be determined at the port depending on the destination.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is available on vehicles.
• Guide dogs: Guide dogs are allowed to board and sit with visually impaired travelers.
• Traveler aid: No additional charge for those traveling with a mobile or visual handicap assistant.

Booking and Amendments

• Name Changes: Passenger names cannot be changed once a booking has been approved. If a name change is necessary, it must be done at the port or terminal.
• E-Tickets: Passengers are required to print their tickets but do not need to print the confirmation email.
