Both the counter staff and the driver speak English, facilitating easy communication for travelers.

Finding your ride

• General pickup information: Travelers can easily locate their ride or driver as the driver will be dressed in a company uniform, holding a sign with the passenger's name, and the vehicle will feature the company's branding. Additionally, the company has a counter or ticket office for further assistance. At airports or terminals, for domestic flights, meet the driver at column no. 9, arrival gate, on the 1st floor; for international flights, at the arrival gate.
• Pickup delay: For shared airport pickups, if the flight is delayed, passengers are allowed to take the next available bus or minivan at no additional cost, provided there are seats available. In the case of private airport pickups, the driver will accommodate flight delays by returning to the waiting area with updated information on the customer's arrival time, without any extra charge.

Baggage and special items

• Bicycles: You cannot bring a bicycle on board.
• Motorbikes: Motorbikes are not allowed on board.

• Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access is not allowed.

Booking and Amendments
