We left on time, the bus was clean and comfortable, the boarder crossing took an hour, but we were expecting that.
We got to the Dubrovnik station early looking for our Arriva bus on the departure board, didn’t see it, but the info desk said we would now take the Central Trans bus. It was easy, but might help others to know you might need to check. In Mostar, it would be great to have a stop closer to Stari Most…we went past it on the way to the bus station and it would save tourists the 20 minute walk back from the bus station, but we could also see that with the tight streets and congestion, it may not be possible. Booking the tickets was very easy. Would do again.

The ride was great a little late but due to traffic not the driver. This would have been a 5 star except the driver was not very pleasant. He had me and another patron stand waiting for over 5 minutes while he fiddled with the card machine. 

The second issue I had was he charged me for luggage, fine with that but when he gave me change he shorted me a euro because he was lacking the change but with no explanation. 

While I suspect some of this was due to language barrier, a simple smile would have gone a long way.
