Very disappointing experience. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful throughout the trip. Half of the air conditioning units were not working, which made the cabin uncomfortable. We left one hour late and arrived an additional hour later than scheduled.

The only positive point: the boat didn’t sink.

Positives. . . . it's fast. . . 1 hour 30 minutes from Balsang to Padang Bai at a very reasonable price. 
Negatives. . . . left Gili T an hour later than scheduled then stopped at Gili Meno and Balsang when the booking stated "direct from Gili T to Padang Bai". . . . . eventually arrived in Padang Bai 1 hour 30 minutes later than stated. Condition of the boat was dubious with obvious botched repairs visible and the entire journey was extremely uncomfortable. . . . seating hard and getting soaked was not enjoyable. 
Wouldn't use again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

Mixed Experience

The boat was in poor condition, leaking, and lacked safety measures. The seats can only be used with your back against the floor, otherwise you could fall onto the person behind you. Half of the suitcases arrived wet, as did a quarter of the passengers. TERRIBLE.
