How to get from Pattaya to Koh Chang

Ticket prices for this service start at $21 per passenger, making it the cheapest option available and an excellent choice for budget travelers. There are around seven departures every day with the earliest bus leaving at 06.00am and the latest at 10.00am. The total travel time is between 5 and 6 hours and involves a ferry transfer.  

Taking a minivan

Private minivans are another option available to travelers looking to get to Koh Chang from Pattaya. It’s perfect for small groups or families. While not as economical as the bus and ferry combination, the minivans are a reasonably cost-effective option if booked at full capacity (9 passengers). Please note that the price does not include ferry tickets, which have to be purchased separately. One of the most significant advantages of renting a private minivan is that it offers flexibility in departure time and the convenience of hotel pick up and drop off.
