Excellent service. The bus came to pick us up, perfect timing. The journey was comfortable and the seats had plenty of room, you could recline your seat and there were charging points and great wifi. The stops on the way were clean and had food and drinks. All round everything was great.
Guy, our driver was amazing, friendly, safe and even gave us a bit of a tour. He picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at our new hotel and the whole journey only took about 4 hours. Couldn’t be happier!
Everything perfect, very helpful staff.
Hanoi would be the first SEA city to impress me the most, people are so helpful and kind, well particularly to this van experience it was very satisfying, they were on time? Ride was great, comfortable and fast!! Only 4 hours from Airport to my hotel doorstep! If you want to reach Sa Pa asap once you landed, this is definitely your way to go!
Very good transfer
Everything was good
