Good to know
Within Surat Thani province, you can visit the Don Sak district. This is a sleepy place which is most often used as a crossroad between major travel destinations. Sadly, cecause of this, tourists often don't stop to find and explore the district's hidden gems. Nang Kam beach proves to be a simple but fulfilling beach, as it's quite empty and the waters are warm. The Khao Wang Thong natural caves aren't so far off. As always, Thai caves are centuries years old, and it's so evident among the "dripping" limestones and silent streams flowing in between the walls. The magnitude of history you'll feel during explorations might just overwhelm you (in the best of ways).
