Comfortable bus. Prompt departure. I even left my kindle on the bus and it was returned to me the next day. Excellent customer service. Only down side is we were dropped off in our destination 3 hours early than scheduled.
Our bus arrived on time at both points of my journey.
I have to say I've never felt so physically uncomfortable in all my life. I'm very tall and was given a top bunk which took me several minutes to climb up & into because of the tight space.
No offence to Camel Travel, they did their job. I just didn't expect to be so uncomfortable for almost 11 hours, but the main thing is they got me to Huē as promised.
I will only use trains and planes from now on.
Nice setup and comfortable seats. You can sleep comfortably. Might get a bit cold, therefore you might need to take a blanket (They’ll also provide one for your use, but you might need an additional one).
Cleanliness of the washroom could be better and they should also look at stopping over at restaurants with better food.
This is an original trip with beautiful landscape and special stops
We recommend without hesitation
We were hesitent to book a bus trip with Camel Travel due to the many negative reviews, but our trip was fine.
The bus departed on time and was only about 15 minutes late on arrival (we drove from Hoi An to Hue).
Comfortable seats and a good driver.
Only “negative” would be that there was little communication, so there was some confusion on where to get off the bus and we got off on a different spot in Hue than our booking stated (was only 1 km away, so no problem).
Good value. Thanks.
