Une expérience!
Le service était excellent! C’est l’odeur intense d’humidité qui était vraiment désagréable durant la nuit.

Good service
When I arrived 30mins early at the pick-up office, the girl was sleeping and seemed annoyed I was there. After confirming I have the right place, she went back to sleep! The bus arrived on time and boarding was smooth. 2hrs into the journey, we had to get off the bus and wait for an hour...then go back onto the same bus. Apparently, it had to refuel. The wait was outside another office and on a busy street, so was safe. The rest of the journey was smooth and I was able to sleep. Arrived in Hanoi 3hrs early...which was inconvenient as I had to arrange for alternative pick-up and check-in at my accommodation.

The bad reviews are accurate
The bus is as filthy as the reviews indicate. There is no sleeping going to happen and if you are heavy set or tall forget it. You won’t fit in the seats

Nice but but unenjoyable ride.
The bus was lovely and exactly how shown on the photos. The drivers were cool with our bags being more than 20kg as we’d spoken to a member of book away through email prior to our journey. There was a few misunderstandings throughout the trip as the drivers speak little English. The first stop we made the driver got off to sit and smoke but wouldn’t let my boyfriend and another passenger off to get water from the shop. We then made a few more stops during the night. When it got to about 2-3am the bus drives down country lanes and I genuinely couldn’t believe the speed the driver was going. I wouldn’t have gone that fast in a car never mind a huge sleeper bus! My body was literally jumping up and down and we were getting thrown around all over as he skidded around the corners, I found it almost impossible to sleep. I noticed many other people awake and my boyfriend woke up after a while as well! After finally getting to sleep and having about 3 hours sleep we arrived somewhere for breakfast at about 7:30am. People were unhappy about this as they wanted to just get to their destination and didn’t want to stop. We then got back on the bus and drove an hour further then the bus stopped again! (different driver). Eventually got to Da Nang in once piece but I would be hesitant to go back as I didn’t feel safe and hardly slept a wink. It’s a shame cos the bus is a brilliant sleeper bus and comfortable!!!

it wasnt direct, we had to wake up at 6 and wait there 1 hour for another bus.. and tha staff where rude, the bus driver horn a lot, so some of us could sleep well. The bus was otherwise comfy.
